Inventum Induction Heater Model 'HIBX-10' is the 'Mobile Heavy Weight Unit' in the range of ‘HIB’ series induction heaters manufactured by INVENTUM. It operates on 2 phase, 440V power supply and has power capacity of 10-14 kVA, which can heat large sized bearings & other components of heavier mass. Its housing is made of steel to bear weight of large shrink fit components. The core is wound on vertical side and is hermetically sealed for longer life. The unit is easily transportable from one station to another as it fitted on trolley.
In 'HIBX-10' the electronic controls are microcontroller based and are mounted on the unit itself. All the process parameters are set, controlled and displayed on Control Box unit. Inventum Induction Heater Model HIBT-08-RC25 is a specially customized heater meant for faster heating of components. The size of the reduce core is designed as per customer requirement. It is a special workstation type induction heater. It comes with specially designed top enclosure made of transparent PC / Polycarbonate sheets & cover at the top. It provides additional safety to the operator as the heated job is inside the enclosure. This enclosure is provided optionally if specially required by the customer.

HIB-02-EL Induction Heater is a medium size heater having the similar feature that of Model HIB-02. This heater has large operating area ( W × H )which can house big size components.

HIBT-04 Induction Heater is a Turbo Model. It is in the same range of Model HIB-01-SPL. The induction coil is placed outside of the housing which allows Faster Heating of the components. The heater is supplied with three standard yokes which are stored inside the main heater body.

Inventum Induction Heater Model HIBX-02 is a Mini Size Induction Heater to heat small size components & has a power capacity of 2kVA. The controls are microcontroller based & operated through keypad on the main unit. The heater is fitted in special carry case & can be easily transported from one place to another. This ‘heavy-weight’ of Series HIB, has a power capacity of 11 kVA. It has the same controls as that of HIB-02,which are microprocessor based. It weighs about 87 kg. and is recommended to be placed on a Special Equipment Trolley for easy mobility. It can heat typical bearings of 40 kg. and 52 kgs. to I I0°C in about 4 minutes and 8 minutes, respectively.

This Model is similar to that of “HIB-03” series. It has similar features to that of HIB-03, the only additional feature is that of its power capacity. The Model “HIB-03 SPL” has power capacity of 12 KVA.

This is special Model in the family of “HIB-03”. It has power capacity ranges from 11-14 KVA. This Model has the yoke sliding down vertically with the help of electric wire rope hoist operated by a pendant. It is provided with material handling trolley which is provided as a optional accessory. The components to be heated are slided down in Horizontal fashion which makes it easier for handling the components of heavier mass.

This 'Jumbo size' Induction Heater Model ‘HIB-04’ has awesome power (22-25 kVA) to heat very heavy and large size components.

This Model has the same power capacity as that of HIB-04. In this Model the yoke is also slided vertically by using electric wire rope hoist operated by pendant. This model is specially designed for components of heavier mass which are difficult to handle vertically. These heavy components are slided on to the heater base which is quite easier.

This Model is “Giant” Induction heater in the HIB Series. It is turbo Model having a power capacity of 40 KVA. The components and machines are placed horizontally around the Coil and are heated faster. It has support legs which can be extended further for placing components of larger outer diameter.

Inventum Induction Heater Model HIR-25/40 is specially designed to dismount and mount the Inner Races of Cylindrical Roller Bearings used on the Axles of Railway Rolling Stock and in Traction Motors. The equipment can also be used for similar applications by other industries.
